WARM CINNAMON STREUSEL CAKE 
2 1/3 c. Multi Bran Chex, crushed to 1 c., divided
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. sugar, divided
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. skim milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cholesterol free egg product or 1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Applesauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 8" square or round pan with no-stick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine 2/3 cup cereal, flour, 1/2 cup sugar and baking powder; add 1/4 teaspoon salt if desired. Set aside.

In small bowl combine milk, oil, egg product and vanilla; add to reserved cereal mixture all at once. Stir until combined. Pour into prepared pans; set aside.

In small bowl combine remaining 1/3 cup cereal, 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over reserved cake batter; cut through batter with knife to swirl.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with warm applesauce. Makes 9 servings.
