HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lb. chicken, cooked and pulled from bone
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. celery, diced
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients, mix and heat thoroughly. 1 serving - 50 gm = 1 cholesterol, 7 protein, 4 fat. Exchange 2 oz. = 1 meat.
