CHILI 
2 or 3 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion
1 pkg. Williams Chili Seasoning
salt
extra chili powder (however much you want)
26 oz. can tomato soup
26 oz. tomato juice
2 cans kidney beans (drained) (optsp.)

Brown hamburger and onion, no need to drain if you use extra lean meat. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 1 to 2 hours.
