SHRIMP DIP 
1 lb. shrimp (raw and coarsely chopped)
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash red pepper
Dash hot sauce
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions and celery until clear in melted butter. Add mustard, seasoning, shrimp and flour stirring constantly. Add milk and cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
