FIESTA TACO DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. sour cream
1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Cut up tomatoes, green peppers, lettuce, and black olives
2 c. shredded cheese

Mix until smooth the cream cheese, sour cream and avocado. Add lemon juice. Spread on tray. Sprinkle vegetables over it adding cheese last.

1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. cumin

Combine ingredients and spread on tortilla chips on jelly roll pan. Broil 1 or 2 minutes.
