PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH GLAZED BACON | |
1 lb. bacon 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. dijon mustard 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar Place bacon on a jelly roll type pan and bake in 350 degree oven until crisp and flat. (Must be baked not fried, otherwise it will curl.) While bacon is baking, mix rest of ingredients into sauce. When bacon is done remove and drain. Return to pan and pour sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 10 minutes. |
