SPINACH SALAD & DRESSING 
SPINACH SALAD:

1 bunch fresh spinach
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
5 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1 sm. can bean sprouts (or fresh)
2 boiled eggs, diced

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. white vinegar
Dash of salt
1 c. oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, diced

Mix in blender. Pour over salad just before serving. This makes extra dressing which will keep well in the refrigerator.
