CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients by hand until well blended.

1/3 c. cocoa, sifted
Dash salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Add and stir until well blended by hand.

1 can evaporated milk

Bake in 2 regular pie crusts. Makes a very creamy pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; 300 degrees for 25 minutes.
