BEEF AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. ground chuck
1 onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (with juice, chopped)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. potatoes
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Combine beef, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Cook slowly. Add tomatoes, corn, peas and soup. Mix well. Bring to boil, cover, simmer low heat for 20 minutes. Place pieces of potatoes around edge of mixture and broil until golden brown.
