Mix in bowl 6 quarts popped popcorn, 1 jar dry roasted peanuts (12 ounce), 1 package gumdrops and 1 package M & M's. OVER VERY LOW HEAT, MELT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 pound butter and 1 package miniature marshmallows. Pour over popcorn mixture completely. Push mixture firmly into an angel food cake pan. Cool and remove from pan. ENJOY.
