BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 pieces buttered white bread
1 1/2 lb. cooked ground sausage
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
2 c. milk

Place bread, buttered side down in 9 x 11 inch pan. Then sprinkle ground sausage evenly, followed by sprinkling cheese. Thoroughly mix eggs and milk then pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes; or until center is firm.
