CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. instant pudding (may be chocolate, lemon or butterscotch)
8"x12"x2" Pyrex dish

FIRST LAYER: In Pyrex dish, crumble together the flour, butter, chopped nuts. Pat and smooth into dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER: Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add and mix 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over first layer and chill.

THIRD LAYER: Two packages instant pudding, blend with 3 cups milk. Pour over first two layers.

FOURTH LAYER: Spread remainder of Cool Whip. Top with nuts.
