ALMOND ROAKA 
1 lb. butter
2 c. white sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Melt butter on medium heat. Add sugar, stir until smooth and has boiled about 5 minutes. Add half of sliced almonds. Cook until golden brown. Pour out on cookie sheets. Spread out thin. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Crush remaining almonds. Sprinkle on top. Place in refrigerator or freezer. Make sure cookie sheet is level! Leave alone for 40 minutes. Enjoy eating! Serves at least 4 people.
