MOM'S CRESCENT ROLLS 
Scald 1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 pkgs. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
5 c. flour

Mix sugar, shortening, salt, eggs and yeast together. Add to scalded milk. Mix in flour. Let rise to double size. Flatten in circle 1/4 inch thick. Cut in pie shape pieces. Roll from thick end to narrow end. Place on cookie sheet with small end under. Let rise 1 1/2 times size. Bake until golden brown in 350 degree oven.
