3 c. thick-sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt, garlic salt or seasoned salt
Dash oregano and pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 11x9x2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients. Bake 25-35 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares.
