WILD RICE QUICHE | |
1 sm. can drained mushrooms 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. cubed cooked ham 1 c. cooked wild rice 1 c. cut asparagus or sm. broccoli flowerets 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk Salt (optional) 1/2 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. butter, melted Layer in the bottom of a buttered 10-inch Pyrex pie plate the mushrooms, cheese, ham, rice, vegetables. In a blender combine the eggs, milk, salt, Bisquick and butter. Blend 2 minutes. Pour egg mixture over the layered ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Easier to cut if allowed to stand 10 minutes. |
