DADDY'S SHRIMP SALAD 
1 bag cooked, peeled and de-veined shrimp
2 15 oz. cans of VegAll (or any 'mixed vegetables)
2 large stalks celery, chopped (may use a food processor)
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Mix all ingredients into large bowl.

Remove tails from shrimp. If using medium or larger shrimp, cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse.

Drain vegetables and add to shrimp. Add remaining ingredients.

Mix well and refrigerate.

Serve chilled.
