KRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. can kraut, washed and drained well
3/4 c. pimentos or red pepper, diced
3/4 c. onions, diced
3/4 c. green pepper, diced
3/4 c. celery, diced

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients together.

Dressing: Bring all ingredients to a boil. Pour over kraut and veggies while warm. Cover and chill.

Note: No mayonnaise or sour cream used.
