BLUEBERRY CRUMB CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries

Sift together dry ingredients. Cream butter, add sugar and egg and milk. Blend until smooth. Add dry ingredients and fold in berries. Spread batter into 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle on topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
