BLADGINDA (PUMPKIN TURNOVERS) 
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sweet cream (half & half)
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
5 c. flour

Mix into a dough.

FILLING:

3 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Roll out dough. Cut in 4-inch circle. Put a heaping spoonful on one side. Fold and pinch. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 370 degrees for 20 minutes.
