CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
Bake 9 inch pie crust.

1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 egg
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. rum or brandy or cream de cocoa
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. heavy cream

Melt chocolate pieces in double boiler, beat in 1 egg and 2 yolks. Add liquor. Beat whites until stiff. Whip 1 cup cream. Fold in with chocolate mixture. Spoon into shell. Chill. Top with rest of cream. You can shave on some chocolate pieces if you want it to be very fancy. This is very rich and an elegant dessert.
