1 pkg. reg. chocolate pudding
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. milk
6 oz. chocolate chips

Cook pudding with milk as directed in large pan. Add cake mix while pudding is still warm. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan and spread mixture in pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
