SHISKABOB 
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
Favorite beef cut
1 tsp. A-1 sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Vegetables

Cut meat into squares and marinate for at least 4 hours. Suggested vegetables: carrots, onions, green peppers, mushrooms or small canned potatoes. I recommend marinating vegetables also. Place meat and vegetables on skewers. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or grill on low heat 45 minutes.

I separate out my vegetables by variety and apart from the meat. That way, I can put them on and take them off according to how long it takes them to cook. For example, tomatoes cook faster that the meat or some of the harder vegetable, broccoli and cauliflower. Fresh mushrooms take just a little longer than tomatoes. I'd only marinate every thing, especially the beef and mushrooms.
