GRAHAM CRACKER SQUARES 
1 (1 lb.) box graham crackers
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. shredded coconut

Line bottom of 9x13x2 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Combine butter and sugar. Mix egg and sugar. Mix egg and milk. Add to sugar to mixture. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir graham cracker crumbs, pecans, and coconut. Spread over graham crackers. Top with remaining graham crackers. Spread with frosting, refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.

FROSTING:

6 tsp. butter
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla. Spread over top layer of graham crackers.
