1/2 c. butter (melted)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Mix in order given. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
