ITALIAN BEEF 
1/4 tsp. red crushed pepper
8 bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp. basil
3-4 onions
2-3 lb. roast
20-30 hot peppers & juice
1 tsp. fennel seed
Sage to taste

Put all this together in a crock pot and cook for 24 hours.
