CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. 10X sugar
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese

FIRST LAYER: Mix flour, butter and nuts until crumbly (like pie dough). Flatten into 9x12 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool.

SECOND LAYER: Mix cream cheese, 10X sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip until creamy. Spread on cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER: Mix 2 small packages of instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk for 2 minutes or until thick. Spread on second layer.

FOURTH LAYER: Spread remaining Cool Whip over chocolate layer. Refrigerate before serving. NO CALORIES--HA!
