BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
Bread slices, cubed 1/2 inch square
9 eggs
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
Butter

Heavily grease 9x13 inch pan with butter. Line sides and bottom of pan with bread cubes. Beat eggs, salt and pepper, and add milk and cheese. Pour over bread. Place cooked and drained sausage on top. Cover with foil or Saran Wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. (Place on cookie sheet while baking.)
