LEMON PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 (3 3/4 or 3 5/8 oz.) instant lemon pudding
1 1/2 oz. pkg. dessert topping mix
1 graham cracker crust

Mix together the undrained pineapple and dry pudding mix. In another bowl, prepare topping mix. Fold into the pineapple mixture. Turn into graham cracker crust. Chill several hours or overnight. Garnish with topping. Cool Whip may be substituted for dessert topping mix.
