OVERNIGHT LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
8 oz. stewed tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 (12 oz.) V-8 juice
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
8 oz. cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce with mushroom mix
8 oz. box lasagna noodles, uncooked
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, V-8, Ro-Tel tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. In a 9 x 13 x 2 inch glass dish layer some meat mixture, lasagna noodles, cottage cheese and some Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering. End with meat, top with Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, put in 350 degree oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
