LEMONADE COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. pre-sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In mixing bowl, cream together butter and 1 cup sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Combine flour and baking soda. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture alternately with 1/2 cup of the lemonade concentrate. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake in preheated oven about 8 minutes, or until edges of cookies are lightly browned. Remove from oven, brush lightly with remaining concentrate.
