CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 stick butter
chicken, cut into serving pieces

Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan. Stir until butter melts. Pour over chicken in glass or aluminum baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°F or until chicken is done.
