CHICKEN POTPOURRI 
2 c. raw, cubed chicken
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. fresh mushrooms or 8 oz. can
1 whole green pepper, chopped
1/2 stick butter

Melt butter in frying pan. Cook chicken about 10 minutes or until tender. Add all the other ingredients and simmer all together for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
