BOTTOM LAYER:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 tsp. water
1 egg
1 stick butter

Mix well and press into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Mix cream cheese with eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well. Pour over bottom layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cake will fall when cooling. Cut into squares.
