MICROWAVE VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1/2 green bell pepper
10 fresh mushrooms
2 summer squash, sliced
2 zucchini squash, sliced
1 sm. yellow onion, sliced
2 stalks broccoli, break into flowerets
1/2 head cauliflower break into flowerets
1 stick Promise butter
Garlic salt to taste

Arrange vegetable in 3-quart microwave dish. Place squash and onion on bottom, mushrooms on top. Sprinkle garlic salt. Cut butter into pats, place on top. Cover with plastic wrap. Vent on two opposite corners. Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on high.

Vegetables will be crunchy. Do not overcook.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
