QUICHE LORRAINE 
5 to 6 eggs, beaten
1 c. half & half
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Cooked broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and ham
Dough for 1 pie crust

Line dough in bottom of pan; bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Mix eggs, seasonings, half & half, and cheese together. Layer bottom of pie crust with one or more cooked vegetables and ham. Pour in egg stuff. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn down to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 40 minutes until inserted with knife comes out clean and it is golden brown. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
