CHICKEN AND PASTA 
SAUCE:

12 oz. tomato sauce
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 green peppers
1 med. onion
1 lb. chicken tenders

Sauce: Put olive oil in bottom pot, cut garlic and saute add red pepper, basil and oregano, saute about 4 minutes. Add tomato sauce.

Chicken: In large pan saute peppers and onions until golden brown and soft. Add sauce. Add chicken cook until chicken is done. Serve over cappelini.
