CHEESE FONDUE | |
1/2 lb. butter 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (8 oz.) 4 tbsp. flour 3 hard-boiled eggs 1 green pepper, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1 can mushroom caps, drained In double boiler, melt butter and add flour, mix well. Add cheese, soup, green pepper and cook until cheese melts. When all melted, add chopped eggs and mushrooms. Simmer 1/2 hour. Dip bread sticks into it or brown bread cubes in oven to dip. Tastes great! |
