ANISE CANDY 
2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tbsp. anise extract
1 tsp. food coloring
2 3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. water

Mix syrup, sugar and water. Boil until mixture forms brittle ball in cold water. Take off heat. Add food coloring and extract. Pour into greased pans. Freeze, then break into pieces. Enjoy!
