EASY RICE 
3 tbsp. oil
8 oz. oriental vegetables
8 oz. lunch meat
4 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Soy sauce to taste

Rinse and set aside oriental vegetables. Shred lunch meat. Heat oil in large fry pan. Add vegetables and lunch meat. Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly. Add rice, pepper and soy sauce to taste. Cook and stir 5 minutes more. Serve hot. You can substitute hotdogs, polish sausage or pepperoni for lunch meat. Serves 4.
