HERSHEY BAR CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, add one at a time
1 pkg. (8 plain) Hershey bars
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
Pinch salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Melt Hershey bars in double boiler or microwave. Add to mixture. Add vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add alternately will buttermilk to mixture. Add nuts. Pour in greased tube or bundt pan. Bake at 300 degrees 1 hour 45 minutes. Let cool in pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
