PEACH PIE TOPPING 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. tapioca
10-11 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 pie crust, unbaked

Mix sugar and flour. Beat eggs and add butter. Add to flour and sugar and pour over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
