PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 can evaporated milk
7 oz. marshmallow cream
12 oz. peanut butter (not Jiffy)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (optional)

Bring to boil: sugar, butter, evaporated milk. When the above comes to a rolling boil, boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add: marshmallow cream, peanut butter, salt, vanilla and nuts. Beat until thick.

Pour into a buttered dish. Let set until cold. Serve.

1 bag of chocolate chips may be added instead of peanut butter for chocolate fudge.
