JAMBALAYA 
6-8 pieces skinned chicken
1 lb. smoked link sausage
2 c. diced smoked ham
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 cans tomatoes (or 1 qt.)
1 can tomato paste
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 bay leaves
1/2 - 1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. instant garlic
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
1/2 - 1 tsp. red pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients and cook in crock pot 7-8 hours. Serve over rice. Serves 10-12.
