HOT POTATO SALAD 
6 potatoes
1 sm. onion
6 slices bacon
Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 (3 oz.) jar Spanish olives, sliced
1/2 lb. mild cheese, cubed
Dash each of sugar, salt & pepper

Boil and dice potatoes. Chop onion and bacon; cook together then add to cooked, diced potatoes. Add enough mayonnaise or salad dressing to moisten, then add Worcestershire sauce and celery seed. Add olives, cheese and dashes of sugar, salt and pepper.

Place in oblong baking dish and heat in 350 degree oven until cheese melts (about 30-40 minutes). This may be prepared a day ahead or even prepared and frozen. Yield 6-8 servings.
