AUNT SUE'S IS BETTER THAN YOURS
CHILI
 
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 sm. onion, diced
2 green peppers, cut in chunks
1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
2 tsp. chili powder
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 tsp. dried parsley (or 1 tbsp. fresh)
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat lightly to remove fat. Mix all ingredients together. simmer in crock pot on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4 to 6.

May omit meat for vegetarian chili.
