CHICKEN BAKE (OR TURKEY) | |
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of celery soup 1 c. milk 1 tsp. instant minced onion 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1/4 c. diced green pepper 1/2 c. diced pimiento 3 c. diced chicken or turkey 2 (3 oz.) cans chow mein noodles 1 c. shredded American cheese Combine all ingredients in casserole dish, except cheese, which should be spread on top for the last ten minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12. |
