CELERY SEED ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. shortening
3 1/2 - 4 c. flour
1 egg
2 yeast cakes

Put milk, sugar, salt, shortening in a pan. Bring to a boil. Cool to lukewarm. Beat up egg. Put in yeast and then in flour. Raise until double. Roll in circle and cut in crescents. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
