10 MINUTE CRANBERRY SAUCE 
4 c. (1 lb.) Ocean Spray fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 to 2 c. water

Combine cranberries, sugar and water in saucepan. Heat to boiling point, stirring until sugar dissolves; then boil rapidly until berries pop open (about 5 minutes). Makes 1 quart cranberry sauce.

To serve with chicken or turkey; add grated lemon or orange rind after removing sauce from heat. Ten Minute Cranberry Sauce makes a colorful topping for ice cream, custards or puddings.
