PIZZA PIE 
1 package yeast, dissolved in 1 cup warm water. Sift 4 cups flour. Remove a small amount and resift remaining flour. Make a well in flour and add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 tablespoons peanut oil. Add yeast mixture and mix into ball. Sprinkle with flour and cover and let rise. Roll or stretch out dough until very thin. Prick with fork and prebake until crisp. Cool and add sauce, grated cheese, pepperoni, salami, pinch of thyme, oregano, and parsley flakes.

PIZZA SAUCE:

2 can Hunts tomato sauce
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
3 dashes Tabasco
Few dashes cayenne
Pinch of parsley flakes
Pinch of thyme and oregano
Dash of sugar (if necessary)
1 tbsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 lb. of Swiss cheese, grated

Bake at 425-450 degrees.
